The Reading Comprehension is used for selection and development assessments where text comprehension is important. The test helps determine whether a candidate can properly follow and understand the instructions of other tests. Useful, for example, in recruitment, career advice and development processes.
Reading Comprehension maps how well someone understands and applies written information. The test measures the ability to distinguish main issues from side issues, to draw conclusions and to interpret information correctly. Thanks to the adaptive design, the reading level is determined quickly and reliably. The results are presented in accordance with the European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), an internationally recognized standard.
The adaptive method matches the difficulty of the questions to the candidate level, which ensures an efficient and fair measurement. Each candidate receives different texts with four related questions. The test links the result to the CEFR level, making it clear what the reading level means and how it can be further developed.
